Shipping policy

Each product is made to order and ships from Italy. Once an order is placed, production of the selected footwear begins specifically for the customer.

Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for production and processing. After production is completed, orders are shipped with estimated delivery within 10–15 business days from the original order date.

Customers will receive tracking information once the shipment has arrived in the United States and cleared customs.

Orders are processed and shipped by THE CREATIVE SOCIETY GROUP Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

By placing an order, the customer establishes a business relationship with THE CREATIVE SOCIETY GROUP and agrees to accept delivery of the shipment. If a customer refuses delivery or requests a return to sender, any shipping charges, customs fees, duties, or related costs incurred by THE CREATIVE SOCIETY GROUP will be deducted from any eligible refund.

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to production delays, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or other force majeure events, THE CREATIVE SOCIETY GROUP reserves the right to postpone shipment timelines.

The assortment displayed on www.italiancowboycollection.com reflects product availability by size and color in real time. Once an order is received, we reserve the right to reconfirm product availability, validate payment information, and review previous transactions associated with the customer account.

Should an item become unavailable, or if an order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, the customer will be notified promptly by our team.
